Please review the following Terms and Conditions before enrolling in any class, class pack, or membership.
By purchasing or enrolling, you agree to the terms below.
1.) The First Time Starter pack Strong is available to new clients only. The First Time Starter pack Reform is available once to each client.
2.) Sessions are not transferrable. If someone other than the person signed up arrives, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
3.) For non-members, payment must be made prior to booking. In order to hold a spot in a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or payment must be rendered at the time of booking in studio. Members have the privilege of booking classes unpaid: this may happen when you are booking into the period before your payment has gone through or (for dabbler/regular members) when you have exceeded your allotted classes for the cycle, in which case you will be charged the member class rate for additional classes.
4.) Class packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5.) Gift Cards can be used for sessions or products sold through Groove Barre. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
6.) Clear your mind from your busy day. If you need to be on your phone or take a phone call please step outside to do so.
7.) All private training sessions (private or semi-private) require cancellation 24 hours prior to the session time to avoid charges. If you need to cancel the session and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled class time you agree to forfeit the session. If you cannot make your session, please cancel on the Mindbody app or website so we know you are not attending.
8.) Class schedule and instructors are subject to change. A change in instructor does not justify a late class cancellation.
1.) The Obsessed, The Devoted, The Regular and the Dabbler (memberships) membership sessions are valid from the date of purchase.
2.) Memberships will continue unless Groove Barre is notified of a termination request in writing. The Obsessed enjoys a discounted payment for the commitment of 12 months. This 12-month commitment auto-renews annually. If membership is terminated outside of renewal time, a termination fee will apply. Please see our Termination Policy below.
3.) Memberships have monthly payments that will automatically be charged to the credit card or pre-authorized debit on file.
4.) Members will be held to a 12-hour cancellation policy. (See Cancellation Policy).

a) The Regular and The Dabbler Reformer Members can purchase additional reformer sessions at $23 per class and additional open studio sessions at $15 per class.
b) The Regular and The Dabbler Open Studio Members may purchase additional Open Studio classes at $15 per class.
c) Any Open Studio member may purchase reformer 10 CLASS PACKS at a 10% discount.
d) The Obsessed, The Devoted and the annual reformer includes 1x reformer class per day, and unlimited open studio.
6.) Failed Membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the payment fails to process. This is to cover the additional administrative work and fees charged to Groove Barre by the credit card companies. If by the third day the payment has still failed to process, all booked classes will be cancelled and the Membership will be placed on hold. The failed Membership charge, plus any outstanding fees will be processed as a debit on the client’s Mindbody account, to be paid before any additional classes can be taken at Groove Barre.
1.) The Obsessed Members may take a maximum of 6 weeks vacation per year. At least 7 days written notice (email hello@groovebarre.com) is required to place a hold on a membership. The minimum time for a hold is 7 days.
2.) The Devoted, Regular and Dabbler members are permitted 1 stop/start for each month. At least 7 days written notice (email hello@groovebarre.com) is required to place a hold on a membership. The minimum time for a hold is 7 days.
1.) The early contract termination fee for the Obsessed Reformer is $200. The early contract termination fee for the Obsession Open Studio is $150.
2.) Groove Barre requires at least 1 week written notice to terminate membership. Please email hello@groovebarre.com.
1) Cancellations made more than 12 hours before scheduled class will receive the session back and there will be no fee for unlimited members.
2) Late cancellations or no shows made within 12 hours of scheduled class by pass members or class packs will forfeit the session. No exceptions will be made.
3) Late cancellations or no shows made within 12 hours of scheduled class by unlimited members will be charged $25. No exceptions will be made.
4) Cancellations must be made using the booking system; voicemails and emails to the studio are not an acceptable way to cancel your classes.

1) If you are on a waitlist, please ensure you have your schedule notifications on and monitor your email/texts for up to 2 hours before the class commences. If you don’t have your notifications on, you can check the app.
2) If you put yourself on a waitlist, please govern yourself as if you actually are registered in the class. This means don’t book yourself into other classes or multiple waitlists.
