Barre Classes

Signature Barre

Expect: An energizing 55-minute strength class that does triple duty. You’ll move through targeted exercises for arms, abs, and glutes using a mix of heavier weights, bands, and intentional sequencing designed to build strength and endurance. This class delivers a powerful burn with steady pacing and smart programming you can feel right away.

Each round offers progressive intervals and options to choose your level.

Cardio Classes

A gentle, 55-minute guided yoga class focused on breath, mobility, and deep relaxation. You’ll stretch and soothe the muscles you work so hard to strengthen in your Groove Barre classes. Yoga straps and blocks may be used to support your practice and help you settle into restorative positions.

Class vibe:
Calm, quiet, and grounding. Expect gentle music, steady breath, and space to unwind fully.

Stay Yin Yoga

Deep stretch. Full presence.

Choose this class if:
You want a deep, meditative stretch experience that asks you to slow down, listen inward, and stay with sensation.

Expect:
A 55-minute yin yoga practice with poses held for 3–5 minutes to access connective tissue and deep mobility through the shoulders, hips, and lower spine. Yoga straps and blocks may be used to support depth and comfort.
