Reformer Essentials

New to Reformer. Ready to Move.

Choose this class if: Ideal if you’re new to reformer or if you’re an experienced mover who prefers a slower, more grounded rhythm.

Expect: You’ll move through thoughtful sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination, with clear guidance and a steady pace that challenges without overpowering. Throughout the class, we draw on the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, centering, and flow.

Class Vibe: Calm music guides your focus and keeps the pace grounded.

Reformer Flow

Move continuously. Choose your Challenge.

Choose this class if:

You’re an experienced mover ready to level up your practice. We recommend completing at least one Essentials classes before your first Flow.

Expect: Creative, athletic programming with smooth transitions, thoughtful progressions, and plenty of room to choose your challenge. You’ll move with the Pilates principles of breath, concentration, centering, and flow, staying focused and fully in motion from start to finish.

Class vibe: Music is upbeat and motivating, with energy that builds through each sequence. Seamless transitions and steady pacing create continuous movement that feels strong, focused, and empowering.

Shake

Feel the beat. Bring on those Pilates’ shakes.
 
Choose this class if: You’re an experienced reformer mover who loves music-driven training and wants a deeper, endurance-focused challenge.
 

Expect: A music-driven reformer workout that blends Pilates principles with rhythm and choreography. Slow, intentional movement and time under tension build endurance, balance, and that signature shake. Beat-based sequences and layered progressions keep you engaged and fully in sync.

Reformer Strength

Choose this class ifYou’re an experienced reformer mover who loves a strength-forward workout and wants to build real, measurable muscle.

Expect: A strength-focused reformer class built on varied springs, dumbbells, and progressive overload. Controlled tempos, precise reps, and focused sets drive muscular fatigue while Pilates principles keep each movement intentional.

Class vibe: Grounded, powerful, and athletic. Expect a steady rhythm, controlled intensity, and a focus on strong, intentional reps.
